Trou NoirTrou noir is an imperial stout aged for 16 months in 10 year old Knob Creek bourbon barrels. A beer with a black color, a very syrupy body, with chocolate aromas and strong notes of bourbon reminiscent of caramel, vanilla and oak.

The finished product was then conditioned on Maple Syrup and Coffee from our friends at Mostra Coffee

Imperial Stout Rested in Weller and Sazarec Rye Whiskey barrels for 30 months conditioned on Mexican Vanilla Beans and finished on Tugboatcoffee Guatemalan Coffee and Cassia Bark

This will develop over time but this is excellent to drink right now

Hagger is a blend of selected barrel aged barley wine

Imperial Stout aged in Violet Sky Cocoa Nibs & Salted Caramel

to try and capture the rich malty aromatics found when opening a bag from the maltings

Refreshing as an aperitif

just like lambik so please don't panic

Apple varieties in the mix were mostly Szara Reneta together with Golden Delicious
