Steve Boomhower removed the side wings and tapered the tail in evenly to improve overall handling and performance. For version three, the Hellcats core thickness changed from 3 4 to 5 8 to provide for more speed and control. With its wider outline, we did extensive testing and found it is better to go with a thinner core on the Hellcat v3.
