FeijoaThe Feijoa is a very ornamental small bushy tree bearing egg shaped green skinned fruit with a sweet and smooth soft juicy pulp that have a delicious flavour reminiscent of guava crossed with pineapple and strawberries. The scarlet flowers in spring are very showy and are sweet and edible. Best planted in groups of 2 or more to increase pollination.
The olive Correggiola is an evergreen tree with greyish foliage and a graceful billowing appearance making it very attractive as a specimen or hedging plant
It prefers moist and fertile soils
reaching 3 to 4m if left unpruned
It will tolerate and continue to fruit heavily in drought conditions
