White Peak Wire Works Necessary Evil Finish Whisky 70clNecessary Evil Finish is a vatting of lightly peated single malt initially matured in Ex bourbon casks and finished in Necessary Evil imperial stout oak casks from Derbyshire based Thornbridge Brewery. This years stout casks were originally used to mature Pedro Ximnez sherry (PX).
