Strawberry Balsamic SorbetI enjoy taking classic gelato flavors and adding my own twist to them. In Italy, this flavor combination is usually dairy based. Our version is water based, so to achieve a creamy texture we use about three times the strawberries as your typical fruit based ice cream. Then we swirl in ribbons of house made balsamic reduction, for a tart surprise to balance every bite.
